LOCATION: London

The future workspace project will enable small groups of students to explore the future of office work spaces/environments. A live client is part of this project, providing students’ with a working site:
2019: Jospeh Joseph, London.
2018: Wells’ Farm, Malvern.

The project will task students with developing their understanding how cultural and technological aspects of society are influencing all aspects of working life. How we utilise furniture and engage within shared working environments will be a key area of focus during the project and aiming at all-inclusive design for all ages and abilities.

Students present concepts and develop 3D responses in the form of furniture scale models as well as full scale test rigs. In addition 2D visualizations of the proposed environment are produced to communicate design ideas and office/shared space layout.
