Last Tuesday, the group met up at the School of Art to discuss individual conceptual ideas for the two Art and Design rooms as a response to several weeks of analysing the spaces and forming comparisons to the Architecture design studios. The overarching aim of this exercise was to develop a working brief and to find common themes within individual designs. As it was clear that both modular and partition design were identified within the conceptual ideas, the class split into two design groups, both developing one of the two chosen ideas.
