Highbury Park is a rather lovely place enjoyed by many on a regular basis, it is a place to be celebrated. Walking through and aimlessly ambling about in Highbury can still the mind and relax the soul. The addition of a viewing platform and rainwater harvesting device that enlightens and inspires people would be a welcome addition.
One of the first tasks to complete was a tree survey, this was completed by both groups and enabled us to begin to build up a picture of what type of site it was and what plants had value and those that didn’t. Building on this information we completed some initial research into the wildlife that is successful as for our projects to be successful a major factor is being sympathetic to the species, plant and animal, that live there.
