On 8th December, we presented our proposed scheme so far to Nick Hands, the manager of Malvern Outdoor Elements. The presentation gave us a first hand experience of presenting to a client in a professional manner. The presentation went well and we received positive feedback on all aspects of the design.
We proposed a building clad with treated oak, with glass curtain walling to fit in with the clean and contemporary styling that we are proposing. The aim is for it to seamlessly fit into its environment, without overpowering or detracting from the surrounding landscape.The balcony void and semi permeable elements of the façade link back to the former facilities.
We recorded the presentation feedback so we could improve our proposal for the next meeting with the client.
