The meeting this morning with our clients to show them the initial plans went very well. They were happy with the outcome and we discussed minor tweaks within the design and how it may be phased.
Following our meeting with the client, we had a meeting with Alessandro, in which we further discussed design ideas and obtained some good pointers from him to improve the plans further.
We are cautious that with the building being of 1950’s construction, it is likely that there is asbestos present. We have contacted the client via email to obtain their approval of contacting an asbestos surveying company to carry out an initial visit to the property.
We have arranged our next client meeting for 13.01.13.
